Does anyone have an update on this well? The last I heard, both laterals were put into production in March and we should have gotten our first royalty check this month. Does anyone have any info on this well and what is going on?

Kelly I knew once but gone from my mind at the moment

I emailed Chesapeke to get an update and here is the reply to got back:

I think I will have everything needed to complete the se- up of this well by this month’s close. This means checks would go out the last day of August.

Thank you,

Melinda Nelson

A royalty check for a well on the Millport Pipeline has been received by the landowner ...

I know of someone who got a check from the Dye well and someone with a check from the Trebilcock well...just yesterday

Kelly, can you share a dollar amount / acre with royalty%?

Check was for $2200 for 4.X acres in the Dye well. I think their royalty was 18% gross something like that. Any I believe that was from March until July 31st.

Kelly,

This CHK Check Stubs is a good link I found on another thread on here for reading info on CHK check stub.  On the left is the date with no dashes, dots or slashes so 314, 414, 514 and so on.  Based on a friends check I think Dye was paid for March (half a month based on the date it went into production, April, and May.  Based on that if you take your check amount and divide it by acres then divide by 2.5 you would get approximately $220 per acre per month.  Friends check was approx $211 per acre per month.

So the check was only for half of March through May? I thought it was through July as well. If that is true, then they are getting better than I thought they would.

Those per-acre royalty amounts match what I've seen from another well on the Millport line. Not too bad. Now we'll have to see about the decline rates.

Kelly did you receive your division orders yet ?

I haven't received anything yet. I don't know if they are sending checks by last name or not.

Did you get a pack of papers quite awhile ago that stated that the unit would be 640 acres.  It had some maps with it etc. I think those were the division orders but I am not sure about that.
