Does anyone have an update on this well? The last I heard, both laterals were put into production in March and we should have gotten our first royalty check this month. Does anyone have any info on this well and what is going on?

Oh yeah I received that for the Dye well only. I know my 5 acres is split. I think 3.x is on Dye and the other 1.x is on Trebilcock. I never received anything for the Trebilcock well, just the packet for the Dye well. It had all of the land owners names, parcel numbers, address, how many acres etc were in that South unit.
I think you only need to sign one division order if both units are with CHK.
Oh ok, interesting...
Spring I think. It was a long time ago.
What's weird is the person who got royalties on the Trebilcock well. I didn't think they had laterals going to the North, do they?
OK according to ODNR 1H, 6H, and 8H are producing. There is a permit for 3H but is has not been drilled. Trebilcock 1H goes NW and Trebilcock South 6H and 8H go SE if numbering convention by Chesapeake holds true. The name of the unit Trebilcock South also seems to indicate that the even numbers go south.
Does anyone have division orders for that well? I am curious if I am on the 1H line.
Yes you are correct! I misread the spreadsheet. Guess I need me some glasses or to zoom in a little more. So 1H and 8H are the only wells drilled here and producing. Basically like most of the wells around this area ... ALOV lease has 640 acre unit max. One well in each direction holds the unit for as long as they need to come back and drill. I agree with someone else on here that when they do come back and drill they will do all four remaining wells to save money on setting up, moving and tearing down rigs. Guess we will have to wait and see on that!
Does anyone know how they send out the royalty checks? I wonder if it is alphabetical order?? I know 2 people who have gotten checks, one from Dye and one from Trebilcocks, both around me, and I haven't gotten anything yet LOL

AboutWhat makes this site so great? Well, I think it's the fact that, quite frankly, we all have a lot at stake in this thing they call shale. But beyond that, this site is made up of individuals who have worked hard for that little yard we call home. Or, that farm on which blood, sweat and tears have fallen. [ Read More ] |
