Does anyone have an update on this well? The last I heard, both laterals were put into production in March and we should have gotten our first royalty check this month. Does anyone have any info on this well and what is going on?

We haven't either Kelly..

That is weird. You're up there in the alphabet too. My sister, who's last name begins with F did on Monday. She got hers from your well. My grandma, who's last name begins with C go a check on Monday as well, but her's is from Chip's well.

Really not sure how they are doing it...glad they got something!

Yeah we were just surprised to see someone actually with check in hand.

No one on the far end has even got division orders yet! And all of our names end in B and C !

I got division orders over a year ago for the Andrullis. Nothing to sign, just the breakdown.
No check yet on this well here.
Kathleen, can you share both unit maps again on the new Trebilcock discussion?

Well I found out last night, some of the neighbors at the beginning of Trinity Church, by Route 30, got checks last week from the Dye well.

I think the lease language may be a factor in payment dates. Each lease has specific language in it concerning royalties, length of time to receive payment after production begins, etc. If they are 10 leases in a unit that are alike, they will calculate then pay, five more that are exactly the same do them next and so on. We know people at far end of dye who received check so last name and location don't seem to be the deciding factor. I think ALOV leases were paid. They had time limit in then for payment I think.

Also I think the packet of papers that most of us received a year or more ago entitled Declaration of pooled unit is the same add division orders. We did not have to sign anything unless correction was required. Different companies may use different term for this notification. Oursv was map and spread sheet with all the members of the unit listed and then filed in recorders office. Our lease required we be sent a copy. If not in lease you may have to go get copy at recorders office.

Well what's weird is, I am in on the same lease as my grandma. Her lease was already signed and a done deal when she transferred 5 acres of land to me.

Did you contact oil company regarding transfer of the property? Have you received anything from them? If the lease is in your grandma's name and all the acres are listed on her lease could she inadvertently have been paid for all the acres. Most leases say you must contact coontact them if you sell, tranfer, inherit land. They are slow sometimes with paperwork updates.

Yes everything has been transferred and recorded 2 years ago. She received it from Trebilcock though. I don't know if I am on that one or not. If she gets one from Dye and I don't, then I should panic LOL
