I think the electorate has clearly spoken--all THREE times--this has been on the ballot.
How many more times will this be on the ballot if this group doesn't get its way?

They're petrified that Yo residents might actually get a business and manufacturing jobs base back instead of being dependent on the ultra liberal penguin state (that's what my profs in the '70's called it) for employment opportunities. They'd rather see the city die than become working class conservative.
