Does the Buell well suck in your opinion ?

Carroll wells suck?? Really? Based on what information? Last month rex reported on a set of wells in warrior north. Average of 1200+ boe a day with over 70% being liquids. Rates were "Restricted 5 day sales rates" with 18/64 chokes chk is a partner in these wells and drills to the north south and east and west of them. The point is the big numbers posted in the south are usually by small operators trying to bolster stock prices. The ip they report is often " unrestricted" and usually only 24 hrs. Fact is they are damadging those wells impressing wall street,,witj the landowner being slided. Im not gonna say there is a true sweet spot or any area is better or best because u have to really look deeper at issues like take away capacity, held by production and proximity to pipelines. To say point blank carroll wells suck is pretty lame! Royalty rip off companies are offering 12000 per acre in carroll.fact! Hardley anyone from carroll even post here anymore because instead of talk they are actually living it, and are too busy spending there money to worry about what ron or marcus has to speculate. Lol!!! Also another hot item is these clinton horizontal wells popping up in the north. In carroll county there is a clinton horizontal on the same farm as utica wells and old vertical clinton wells. I have a feeling much of east ohio, north and south will be better than any can imagine. Thanks and please post more facts and less bs. When that happens i often wonder if its royalty scamers trying to beat down landowners and buy royalties for a steal. I know of people whom are very sad they tooj the big money fron royalty scamers because what they got woulda have been the first year or less royalty checks. Anyhow i wish all landowners a prosperous future and dont understand why such negativity on here over north vs south???and Even more importantly wells were on 500 foot spacings.

Aubrey must not have read your post in time, 2 new permits in Franklin Twp. Harrison county today, He must be unaware of how poor of an area Northern Harrison is. LOL

Bill,

    The Carroll County Well that I'm on has to share the pipelines with everyone elsein the area  in order to get the NGLs to the Kensington Plant.

I've noticed the production between the 1H and 6H wells on the same property seem to be shifting the oil production back and forth between the two wells per the quarterly production logs.

The landowner where the wells are located said they were trucking the oil so they are probably trying to even out the production over time.

Also, the word on the street is a well that is gently produced will have a longer decay curve to 10% of the initial production.

While it appears that I'm making excuses for CHK, let me add they are stealing all of the NGLs from both wells and this theft is coming to a well near you. Its a perfect storm of theft with no documentation, no required taxes, no one checking our royalty statements. It's gonna be BIG! At least our producer thinks so.
