Our case must be heard! Referring to the letter to the editor

Although the election is over and Hervey won, we will still fight for our evidence to be seen and heard!

We also refuse to be intiminated by threats or even actions to stop us from informing the residents of Harrison county using the freedom of speech of true and documented facts! We just fight harder!

We know beyond the shadow of a doubt that God is for truth...and that all people  account to God for their actions on earth.  There is absolutely no reason to fear!  this is one time where no matter how much money someone has, or what position they have, God is above them and if individuals fight for what is right God will sustain you and deliver you!  Whatever case you are in do not give up.  i am sick of  psychological tactics of telling you you won't make it or money talks or their going to outlast you quotes!  Not that obstacles do not come, but God does use people to bring about amazing outcomes.  it is the liar that should be afraid!  And I will stand by that!

Kebria, many people may not be sure what you are referring to, sounds like a local election possibly? Can you provide more background?

Yes, we had a case before Judge Hervey Harrison county, oh.  He blatantly refused to hear but two things in the court hearing before he gave summary judgement to the opposite side.  I put the letter to the editor that i had published in the Harrison News Herald on this website.  I had to put it in two parts to get it all on because it was long and the printer wouldn't copy it all at once.

In this letter it summarized the court hearing and the legally documented paper trail that led to the disregard of our constitutional rights by Hervey.  We possibly didn't get the letter into the paper soon enough for enough people to understand the severity of the problem with Harrison county court.  I uploaded the files on "interesting letter to the editor" discussion a few days earlier.  I will try here to upload it again.

Did you get a chance to do any research at the courthouse to discover a conflict of interest with Hervey hearing any oil and gas disputes?

Hi not yet but a good idea!  Thanks!

It won't be a waste of your time!
Hi Kebria.
Here something to think about. start a petition to have him removed from his seat on the bench. Get enough signatures and take it to the news papers and then to the state Atty. General office and you will get someone's attention! Those who think they have power can't stand people who stand up and fight! and that takes them out of there comfort zone an they make mistakes. Then you have them! That's when a world of hurt comes down around there ears an they disappear! An you win!

Thanks! I think this is an excellent idea!  I'll start looking into it!  There is probably a law in the Ohio Revised Code.

Kebria,

Any public servant that appears to be corrupt should be reported to the FBI in Washington. Go to their web site and search on "Corrupt Politician" and they will tell you who to submit your complaint to. It may take a while, but I trust the FBI is still working for the people in order to turn around those who have strayed at the State level.

Ron, we will check into this!  I also believe that there are people  who will want to defend our rights to freedom of speech and fair representation!  Everyone wants this! And, the problem, here is that if we allow our freedoms to fade away in any degree they will eventually be gone for everyone!  No one could believe that the other guy lost to Hervey that i talked too!  And, this year was the first year in a long long time that Harrison County, OH used paper ballots!  My husband said that the ink marker they gave him bled to the other side!  We used paper ballots and then they were stuck into a machine that resembled a copy machine.  My husband asked at the end "Do i get a print out or does it show that my vote was cast the way i wanted it too?"  the lady replied," Well....no, you just have to have some faith on this one!'
