I am not sure . Will find out though today some time . He only has a couple of acres but still would like to see him getting a fair lease !

The land man made a descent offer (i think) My friend really does not need the money . If he comes to terms I would be shocked. I do not know the name of the company.  I can say it is more than I got from chk 3 years ago.
