leasing mineral rights

Art Tripp:  Sometime ago I attended a meeting at Salt Fork Lodge concerning signing with a group that charged 6% fee, and you advised that you signed with them.  Did anything ever come of dealing with them considering leasing your mineral rights?  The deal was supposed to be for 4 months.  Thanks for any information you can give me.  I did not sign and am still not signed and have lost hope that I will ever be signed.
