Very interesting. The landowners said there has been a rumor that someone is planning to build a platform and 50 holes on the old Shenley farm near our minerals on Muddy Hollow Rd. I feel at such a disadvantage living here in Virginia. Its hard to get a straight answer about what is going on. We have limited contact with the landowners. I dont trust the energy companies. We. have a group Fairshake from Pittsburgh working on it. Didnt want to go that route and spend the money but I guess we have to to get some answers. I do know some of my relatives have been contacted about selling our minerals on Muddy Hollow rd. I think they wouldnt be contacting us if they weren't worth something. Thanks for the info. if you look at map of area there are 2 legs drilled where muddy meets macedonia road. its james rice well  vantage energy i have drilling maps . i dont know where your acreage is but , at other end of muddy.  i know cosol just leased some of it from my brother at intersection on claylick  they showed him drilling maps and they are drilling heavy in that area ?   consol maybe ?   thanks good luck

The 111acre parcel is at 317 Muddy Hollow Rd. this is the Jameson farm which has the house my great granfather built and is still standing. When I went back to meet them last year with my son the jameson family said no one had approached them about leasing. I know Consol controls the well that has been there since 1929. They told us when they do drill a marcellus well we get 2750percent royalties. The other parcel is owned by Raymond Hughes on 229 Muddy Hollow Rd and is leased with Rice with our minerals. The third parcel is on Tara Hill Rd. Owned by the Whipkeys. They also are leased with Rice with our minerals. The landowners got the signing bonus rentals and executive rights. We get the royalties. I dont know if this helps you figure out where all this is or not. Th hanks for the continuing help! Debbie

Waiting for the Denny well to get drilled they better hurry up only 7 weeks left before the lease is up. No one from Rice has contacted me. They did send a letter wanting to lease Utica but nothing for the Marcellus. Anyone heard anything? Thanks

The FRANKLIN DENNY GRE 3H Well-Pad currently has 1 permittedwells. 0 of the permitted wells are developed.   re-lease

Just wondering if the Denny well is going to be in Greene county. Do you know if any Utica wells are being drilled there? Debbie

Saw this elsewhere "EQT Utica well SCOTTS RUN 591340 and a Rice well JOHN BRIGGS 50U" I will add coordinates: 39°49'31.34"N 80°29'47.93"W Rice 39°55'55.04"N 80°19'44.39"W EQT      Greene county

Thanks for the info. We too signed with Rice last year. Havent heard a thing from them. Let me know jow things go with your lease. Might give us an idea what to expect. Good luck!
