THE OV ROYALTY TRUST WELL IN BROOKE COUNTY API 00138 IS ONE OF BROOKE COUNTYS TOP PRODUCING WELLS WITH ONLY ONE LATERAL WHY WOULDNT CHK COME BACK AND DRILL MORE LATERALS SINCE THEY KNOW WHAT THEY HAVE THE GATHERING LINES ARE IN ALSO?

Gas prices are low, and this acreage is already held by production. No need to drill anymore wells off this pad unless they need to hold additional acreage with additional laterals. Once they have all their land held by production Chesapeake can cherry pick where they want to drill the money makers.
