I have some recent info on this. In the March 10 status report, Columbia reports 0% land acquisition in WV and 14% in Ohio.

My information is that the maximum paid for row (to date) is about $52/ft, with initial offers far below that value. I believe the market is probably over $100/ft and possibly over $150/ft for a single pipeline, plus damages.
