A1 Carbonate and Antrim need significantly higher prices to work (Antirm especially, considering the he cost of water disposal needed per well), which means a big company such as Marathon could probably buy out some struggling operators for a song right now.
Guernsey maybe makes sense if the right price environment exists. Wayne County makes zero sense at almost any price.
Recently, in the last week or so, MFC was going around trying to sign up the unleased landowners here in northern Ashland county. With this gasfrac attempt going on, maybe they might know something positive. All the leased land in our area was taken on by Devon.
They only offered $20 acre. I told him it wasn't enough. Of course, he didn't have a copy of the lease. LOL. I believe he mentioned about 7000'. What's at that depth? Rosewood?
