They were hauling stone for Paige last week (2015-03-05).  They were traveling in packs of 4-5 trucks at a time.  I passed at least 30 trucks (straight trucks with 5-6 axles) loaded with stone on SR644 and US30 in about 1/2 hour time frame.  I got stuck in traffic behind a group of 5 trucks that were empty going back for more stone.

For pipeline work in that area try looking at the timber they cut on both sides of SR644 at the junction of SR518.  The path of cut timber runs north towards the Kensington plant.  It also crosses McKaig Road west of SR644.  Timber crews were out doing more cutting on 2015-03-05.  Not sure if the clearing is for a gathering line or for the Spectra Energy Pipeline headed down to Monroe County.  It would make more sense to connect the Paige Pad to gathering line at the Briceland Trust pad. Less pipe to put in the ground to get the gas to the Kensington plant.
