Drill rig @end of Chestnut Level rd

there's a drilling rig at the end of chestnut level rd across the road from the Young's farm. Anyone know about it. It does not have the typical pad I would expect to see, just a cut road and a dirt pad around the rig.

Sorry, I thought I posted this in the Belmont County (ohio) group page. 

Found out that they are drilling and plugging an old abandoned gas well in preparation for longwall work that is coming from Century Mine (Murray Energy)

Is there a way to delete posts?
