Thank you.  It appears MHR is going to do a retructuring with its creditors, and share holders lose all of their equity value, which really almost totally has already happened.

Here is an Action Plan from Texas for when your O&G Purchaser  (Producer) files for Chapter 11. It might help you develop an action plan for your state when you stop receiving Royalty checks. The oil and gas will more than likely continue to be taken free.

Here is a message from Texas to landowners who's producer "Goes Broke".

If you do nothing, you will not be considered a Creditor and your producer will continue taking your well products with no payment. In Ohio $15 a month per acre is very close to no payment, with our producer still hanging on using our Free NGLs and fictitious throttle back of our wells that is breaking Ohio production records. .

Ron,  thanks for a very informative link as to what to do in case your producer fails.   All leaseholders of all companies need to be aware of how the proceedings work.

I read through the brief but concise three pages of info.   Could someone locate and post what is referred to as the Standard and Poor's list of 60 Oil and Gas Companies that are in financial trouble.
