Look up Kevin T Roberts up in that area.

He has a lawsuit against Bible johnny and Joe Testa the Ohio Tax Commissioner over the CAUV changes made directed by Bj in order to shift the tax burden from Income taxes to Ohio Farmers Real Estate Taxes, so he can brag about doing something to earn the presidency. He also has Tenure as a Professional Politician so he thinks he deserves being president.

Handing over Ohio landowners to Chesapeake Energy is a huge strike against him.     The problem with your well is the producer probably didn't expect you to read the lease.

Bruce Buck finally got paid for the gas volume he was promised instead of using the gas free. The payment was for all of 2014. Chesapeake paid him 30 cents per MCF. When Bruce reminded them the value of Natural Gas was closer to $4.00,  he was told they pay what they want. The lease says Chesapeake will pay the average price the gas was sold for from the well during the year, and quarterly. Another case of Chesapeake doing what they want.

This is a case of breach of contract.

Hopefully the Ohio Supreme Court will rule in favor of the landowners of Ohio from the Argument heard Feb 2016 where Chesapeake's Lawyer said "Just read the contact (lease)". Chesapeake is looking for favor from the Justices to allow them to rewrite our leases so they can charge post production costs.

Imagine that, Chesapeake reading a lease. If Chesapeake read Bruce Buck's lease they would see that they committed to paying him the average price for the year for his Natural Gas payment.

Another theft committed.

I agree with Bruce, everyone above us is going through the motions, it's like watching Ring Of Honor Wrestling, it's all phony. You can see how phony things are by listening closely to our leaders, no one mentions theft or underpayment of royalties.

When they say they didn't know, I told them of our theft in 2014.
