Todd,

     No offense, but this is a good place to ask questions on Oil & Gas matters.

Landowners with questions will get a good range of ideas by asking questions here. Then they can determine the best course of action to take.

If they need a lawyer someone here may know which lawyer they need to consult, or which ones to stay clear of. In every profession there is the 10% who are just bad eggs, and you need to stay clear of them.

There are some lawyers I have heard about that worked for the O&G company while taking a client that needed help resolving issues with the same O&G company. Needless to say, that landowner didn't do well in court.

Todd, God Bless you for ALL.. the people you have helped for many years passed.  No Greed with this Man !   He is Truly out to help folks.  Pay attention on what he tells you and you will be Blessed too !   I have been learning from Todd for Many... years !   I feel Blessed to have him in My Life and to help me in the future.
