SEOLA LEASE TO EXPIRE SOON

Dee A  for the lessee to exercise the option to extend the primary term of the lease the lessor must provide lessee written   notice at least 90 calendar days prior to the expiration date of the primary term. This did not happen. I assume they are not interested . PS High Steve.

Thanks for the reply, should have probably added it to the county group though. ;-)

Do you have a SEOLA lease as well? My lease isn't within 90 days yet.
