It will take several years to build up the shipping and receiving terminals and to build more LNG tankers. But now that we have the ability to export natural gas combined with the unpredictability of the European natural gas sources, the price of natural gas should rise over the next few years. If you don’t need to sell your mineral rights today, then I would wait for market conditions to improve.
