How are the surging natural gas prices affecting drilling this year, and what about going into 2022?  Are the gas companies taking advantage of these higher prices?  What`s next?

So what would a large stock share awards program say to you?  Is it just a cost savings effort vs giving cash?  What should it signal to other shareholders?  Does it impact growth of the company?

Its like the federal reserve printing money.

In the case of CHK , they paid management BIG $$$$ to run the company into Bankrupt cy ..... Out and out greed [ in my opinion ]

CHK Bossman was making almost as much as Boss of Exxon .....

I am very aware and watchful of greedy management ,,, I want my Management to watch out for me , the shareholder ....... If you dig a bit you can find the compensation of the company you might want to own .... Many other factors play into wether a comoany should be bought ...... Debt is a big one , Free Cash Yield , qualtiy of its land , all play an important role ... Outfits where they have quality land , yet sizeable debt , could be a good turnaround story ... AR a year ago fit this metric .....

You mention Blackrock Investors, just last week I noticed on-line that they "cut stakes" (not certain what this means) with CNX Resources.  Apparently they owned 12% in the company.  What does this mean for the company and the industry?

Blackrock has been a buyer of gassers of late ..... A few SEC filings just this past week

Just a heads up ,,this is the only place that you might this info ....

RRC , VP of Accounting bought 36,000 shares of RRC yesterday on the open market ...... When the Accountant buys shares of their own Business , I take notice .........

Be aware N gas prices have weakened the last 48 hours

What are investor concerns for high levels of company stock owned by top management?  Is there a difference between stock purchased on the open market vs. company compensation for these management persons?

Anyone seeing new drilling rigs yet?  Where are they?

following

Large ownership by Insiders whether purchased or awarded is a signal that their interests align with shareholders .... H hamm of CLR owns something like 80% of CLR shares and continues to buy more shares ..... I recently read that Mr Hamm , a very successful oil man , hired Doug Lawler the former boss of CHK , which went Bankrupt under his leadership .... I probably stay away from CLR  due to Doug now upstairs in CLR .......
