Knowledge of Any Harrison Co Leases?

Been contacted re: a lease for Ascent partially in Short Creek Twp.  Anyone else get contacted?  Anyone know the going rate for a lease today?  Our lease for another property 5 yrs ago was at $6000/acre.and 20%.

Recently leased in Freeport Twp, just outside of Freeport, $%,000 acre and 18%.  Two new drilled wells, east of town of Stillwater, pipeline crossed Rt 800, another at intersection of Rt 800 and Rt 799
