On September 10, 2013 the US EPA Science Advisory Board published the draft, “Connectivity of Streams and Wetlands to Downstream Waters: A Review and Synthesis of the Scientific Evidence.”
This report is still a draft, and EPA specially discloses that this is not the official policy. However, it does present a fairly accurate view of the culture and tone of the future Waters of the US (WoUS) policy.
This workshop will discuss the current status of the determination of a WoUS and how that may change as a result of this new report. We will break down the report in to the key sections including:

Join us on December 5, 2013 in Williamsport, Pennsylvania for an informative, interactive and just a little controversial workshop.
