This is an introduction to groundwater and private wells in Northeastern Pennsylvania.  The presentation includes a summary of the data in the Citizens Groundwater Database, a review of the common and irregular groundwater problems in Northeastern Pennsylvania, a specific training program developed by the EPA on chain of custody process, suggestions related to baseline testing, and recommendations related to community outreach.  This program is designed for the professional that may need to work with private well owners.
