2.77-2.88 OCTOBER by CHK their end

Chesapeake paid 2.88 mcf for October production for SE Bradford Wells.

Time has come to notify their legal department. Either the royalty owners are getting ripped off or Chesapeake itself. Someone taking payoffs, something.

 

These days a public corporation has to take whistle blowing and complaints seriously. First notification to their compliance dept with CEO CCed in and directly to their legal dept.

The massive complexity of energy pricing makes this incident both normal and not at all nefarious.

Simply put, there is too much gas in your area with not enough infrastructure to get it to markets that are paying what you think they should be.
