Its easy to calculate the avg per acre. Does anyone know if there are any drilled wells included in the deal. Is this just leased acreage?

I think this is an orange and apple mixture, as this is a deep rights and shallow lease mixture. So I do not think you can determine a value/ A for the deep rights.
