Anyone Being Approached About Mineral Purchase?

Had a call from someone about purchasing mineral rights for 6500/acre?  Any one else been approached?

Yea I saw that on Tuesday. Chapter 11, Wheeling Pitt did that for 20years

That was Asent Resources Marcellus Holdings their 43,000 acres in WV, Has nothing to do with their OH Co.. and it was Voluntary . Kind of like Gulfport, Gulfport Buckeye, Gulfport Appalachia which my lease was flipped to all three and then some.

Our lease say's Utica so maybe they have changed tactics.

I think the bankruptcy was just for the West Virginia assets and not Ohio.

Ohio acreage is exempt in the Chapter 11.
