Anyone in Butler Co dealing with Shell?

Shells playing hard ball now. They butchered the lease and addendums  and said take it or leave it.  If you don't sign now with the lousy ADDENDUMS YOUR OUT AND the next offer when ever is the price is going down.

I used Attorney Will White at Dillon and McCandless. Large firm and he has a backround in drilling. I was impressed with both his knowledge and approach.

BACK IN DECEMBER 2011 IT WAS $3250 ACRE AND 18% WITHOUT DEDUCTIONS ,DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE OFFERING TODAY! BEST TO GET A LAWYER

What other choose do you have. Im sure they mean it, its big business you dont control them. You play hardball they will move on. Start a group and put yourself in an even worst position. Goodluck tamming the beast, most likely they will string you along for 120 days and if market doesnt go up they will walk anyway.

You DO have a choice, shocked. Let them walk, if that is what they want.

Those dang gathering pipe lines will need built ... their arrogance is finally catching up to some of them.
