Anyone lease with gulfport or rice?? Receiving royalties???

If anyone leases with Rice or Gulfport did you have "market enhnacement clause"?

Also are doing right by you with royalty deductions??

How were royalties calculated at Wellhead or ????????

Thanks Dennis. How much royalty have your received per acre?? Low High. Medium. Just give me any figure. Maybe say based on $4.37 or $5.23 and how many acres are in your unit. ??

I'm guessing those numbers are 3 to 5k per acre per year??

As in $300-$500 per month for the first 2 years??

then after first 2 year does production drop??

Is your lease with Rice energy itself?  Or was it with a land company that was buying up land for Rice energy?

Don't know if he is still with Rice, but a landman we had contact with last year isThomas Sochacki. Try Riceenergy.com. Their main office is in Canonsburgh Pa.
