They used to lease for vertical wells here in western Pa. They were bought by Chevron about a year ago.

back in the 80's and 90's they were very good compared to other companies. Good people worked for the company.  They took care of their problems. Most or all of them are probably gone by now, so I don't know what there like currently.

I am in Guernsey County, Ohio and receive royalty checks in an envelope with an Atlas return adress in Uniontown, Ohio but the check is written on a Resource Energy account.  The lease on the well is supposedly held by Viking Resources and all three companies share the same address on Massilon Road in Uniontown. I also am interested in what others know about them.
