Bakken Formation depth and type of shale compared to Utica.

i am curious if anyone knows what the average depth is of the Bakken formation in North Dakota is and what the shale is like. What is the Utica Shale like compared to the Marcellus/ Is it denser? Is the Bakken of a similar consistency?
