Trees can be cut between September 1st and April 1st.

Bats give birth to one baby called a "pup"   sometime in the months of June and July.    So it appears the regulations give an extra month on both sides of that range.

well I just talked to the pipeline people and it is 10-1 start and finish by 3-31 for clearing of trees.
