- The $4 million dollar verdict wasn't based on the pollution of well water, but a nuisance claim.
- The plaintiff testified that the problem began in August, but Cabot didn't start drilling till September.
- Their two experts couldn't even point to the specific problem from a specific well and contradicted each other.
- The plaintiff's attorney had to be admonished 3 times during the closing arguments.
- Case is being appealed.
- 8 years ago a home run well in Susquehanna County would have been one billion cubic feet. Today wells in that area are producing 28 billion cubic feet.
- Sees Cabot drilling for the next 25 years.
