Chesapeake and the Rokisky Group

I haven't seen anyone talking about what's been happening with Chesapeake and the Rokisky Group on here and was wondering if anyone else was aware of how many people got turned down on that deal.  I heard only 80 checks went out.  I know that we were told that anyone who's contract was expiring or up for extension by the end of Aug could be in on that deal but they came back and excluded everyone who's contract they think they could extend at the $15 or $30 amount.  They were signing up people all day and if they only sent out 80 checks then alot of people didn't get the money.  Rokisky is suppose to be filing individual law suits and Frankovitch is filing a class action law suit about this.  I was told that any extension had to be negotiated when I signed my contract and again when it was flipped.

It looks like alot of people have been turned down for one reason or another or have not gotten paid for one excuse or another and they are well past the deadline for mailing those checks.  I am going to start having my meetings again.  There are other companies that are out there interested in getting into our area and will give a much better contract than anything Chesapeake will.  Alot of us have been snookered and manipulated.  There has been a monopoly going on and some practices that border on deceit and definitely fraud has been committed.  Price fixing has been so blatant they even announce it at an open meeting.  Its time to stand up and show them what we want and stand strong as a group and not give in to just money.  You must have a good contract and someone who is going to stand up for the whole group and not let them treat even one person wrong.  If there is anyone interested, I will be restarting my group soon.  I would like to get someone other than Chesapeake into our area and I do know of several companies that have shown an interest.

I see they took the drilling  rig down at the Creamer site. Does anyone know where the rig is drilling next. Maybe the Jones farm? I wonder if they will frac  the Creamer well or just cap it?
