A document was recorded on the 19th of December into the Stark County Recorders Office of a purchase of midstream assets by Chesapeake from Utica Gas Services LLC.  This document included a purchase of the right-of-ways for gas lines for many properties.  Could this mean plans are being made to run a pipeline through Stark County?
