This is a separate lawsuit from the original in which CHK is suing landowners who are trying to nullify some of the Anschutz leases.   I think that suit involved 95 landowners in Carroll and Columbiana Counties.  

One of the landowners in the most recent action is  Herron- there is a permit pulled for one of the Herron parcels.

Should be interesting.
