your best bet to benefit is to open a pizza restaurant...these jobs will go to experienced operators that will be imported.

Imported from where? They have rigs sitting with no crews as it is now in some areas.

The facility, which will provide the necessary infrastructure to process natural gas and natural gas liquids in the liquids-rich Utica Shale in Eastern Ohio, will have an initial capacity of 600 million cubic feet per day.


 That is going to take  a whole lot of wells when u think about it!
