Drilling

I live in Monroe township, guernsey county. I signed with shell and got paid. No one else around me was signed due to prior lease. Since then American energy partners bought my lease. My neighbors have cleared there old lease and can sign . Approx. 300 acres, but It seems everyone is one hold to get signed up. Has anyone heard anything? Thanks
