Eclipse Resources: IPO or sell company in 2014?

 Eclipse Resources President Ben Hulburtt;  mid 2014 for an IPO and they would consider selling company;  One source says value is 5 billion.

 

My person comment is landowners with expiring leases etc. are in a great position for negotiation.  Landowners at this time you are definitely valuable to the business plan!
