EVEP announced they were going to monetize the bulk of their holdings in the Utica but I haven't heard what the going lease rates are and what to expect?  $10-15K/acre was being bandied about a while ago but I didn't know if those numbers were accurate or if that is what can be expected.  Does anyone have an idea what the average lease rates are in the areas Enervest holds properties?
