The south eats quadrant is probably dry but until wells are drilled they will not know for sure. All eyes are on the Halcon, Shell, Chevron, Range, Seneca wells. We should know more in a few months.

Here are a couple of maps I have, who knows how accurate they are. Both of them show your area as Utica wet gas.
