Favorable shale articel in the NYSBA Journal

Just wanted to supply a link to this favorable article written by Scott Kurkoski, an attorney in the City of Binghampton, NY. His thoughts about the Marcellus Shale Play are informative and thought provoking. Most importantly, he points out what the facts are, disproving the rhetoric that environmentalists are spreading. I actually sat through one anti-fracing community program that spread misinformation. Many of these claims are disputed and proven false by Mr. Kurkoski. I've tried multiple times and at various times to read this but the page never opens. Is it a pay only site? Is there a public version of the article?  Would love to see what they have to say.

Hi Jim,

I just tested the link & it works for me. The file is a PDF, no membership needed to access. Maybe you can google the author (Scott Kurkoski) and try another avenue?
