Hi , one thing I can tell you about letting pipelines go across your property. You as a land owner will be held liable for any damage or loss of revenue that might result from you hitting or damaging that pipeline. These lines need to be buried a minimum of 5ft. This was what AT&T did for us when they wanted to put a fibre optic cable across our land yrs. ago. You should also make the oil company pays if this line ever needs to be relocated. Never give them the right to replace this pipeline 50yrs. at no fee to the land owner. I have a 36inch Dominion transmission line across my property. When I bought the farm I read the lease and it gives the gas company the right to put another gas line in the same right away at the same price they paid in 1957. Go to all the meetings you can their is always something new to learn. Earl Miller
