Harrison County

I'm started getting several calls about selling my mineral rights. I have gotten what seem like good offers. Does anyone know if something is about to happen out there. Are there any companies leasing? I travel been considering selling, but would rather lease the mineral rights

I’m in wv I got a letter wanting to buy my mineral rights then few days latter they called I never had that happen before

Unless you need the money immediately, I would lease vs. sell. Definitely hire a reputable attorney and negotiate being paid at the well head vs. after processing the gas. JMO

On the top of this message you will see "Reply by Dott" ( then the time or date).

Click on "Dott"

That will take you to a page titled "Dott Discussions"
