   neighbor told me he received an offer of 15/7$  I believe. hanover township washington county PA  these people are un- believable  hillman complex line by the way

i assume $15ft for first line and $7ft for any future line on same row

that is correct and this poor guy is excited about it don't know the width of the ROW for sure but I'm pretty sure it isn't 25 foot wide  try and update when I can any numbers that you know of ?

Jay, I like the way you think. Since you have to pay taxes on the land you can not use, why not get tollage to pay them and for inconvenience of the pipeline.
