High offers to buy minerals

I have been hearing of companys offering $12000, $13000 even $15000/ acre to buy mineral rights. So far I haven't been able to find out who is making these offers. If you've received an offer in this range could you please tell me who made it? Thanks.

I sold 1/2 mineral to Scout Resources for 7880. acre, I am supposed to get paid today, but not sure if it is ligit. Has anybody delt with Scout Resources and received payment?

Rick,

I did not get paid Friday, I called the owner, Blake, in Denver and left message, then called local guy Charlie,r the response I got was there was an issue with the title on the deed. I told him there is nothing on there except for a lease that I did with Wish Guard, he told me that Blake said he would pay, send it out on Monday overnight and should have it Tuesday, that he would provide me with a tracking number Mon.  If not, I did receive a phone call after posting on here, a buyer who will buy if I do not get paid.  I'll let you know what happens Tuesday.

Cancel it if it's late there's lot higher offers with terms the same as you got.

Rick, I did finally get mine yesterday.  Hope you have better luck, Key thing is now that Scout and I are partners I hope the communication is better in the future.  I believe you will get it, it may just take a few more days. Stay on them...

Do you really want to deal with a company who only uses a nick name on here? We negotiate with only legitimate companies with proven backgrounds.
