I have no proof of this but

 I've been told more than a few times, 

that over the generations

The Humility Sisters of Mary do their noble work through monetary gifts and very solid professional financial advice. 

Interesting to me that the sisters want nothing to do with the shale play/oil industry now.

We have 250 acres in three separate parcels of minerals across the line leased to hilcorp. I noticed the pipeline to yeo well can drain. B3231 who proclaimed he is against forced pooling should get no well.

This is a big win for individual landowners. I still challenge the assertion that Hilcorp needs the acreage for unit formation. As long as legal setback is maintained a unit can be formed. I understand that a larger unit can limit the environmental footprint and think that is fantastic, however it should not trump private property rights.
