We have had several big wells within the last 6 months. Rice just took the lead with. 41.69 or did they. Magnum well had IP of 32.5. But it achieved that with a 5,000 foot lateral. If we were to break all of the top 5 down to a amount per foot of lateral. St Adler would still be number one with rice at number 2 and Gulfport irons #3. Is this the most accurate way or do I have it all wrong.

In my book.....you are correct.......it all comes down to $$$/acre of production.

So you have to consider the sale of all of the products sold from the well divided by acreage drained.

Acreage drained.....now that is also a potential variable.  Closer spacing may end up translating to higher $$$/acre when all said and done.    We just don't know right now.

Best well===what pays the most per acre.....

I couldn't agree more. It may take a few more years to have enough production numbers. I would like a way to evaluate the wells right now and IP numbers cannot be accurate
