Does anyone know about or have signed a lease with Ironhead Resources ?

I think it's another name for Ascent resources

Thank you Joe but why wouldn't they just say they are part of or represent Ascent? I am not dealing directly with Ironhead Resources I am dealing with the middleman (a landman company). My lawyer told me that Ironhead Resources LLC just became so in the last 30 days or so.
