if it's in the far southeast or northwest, you might not get an offer.
if it's in dimock or west auburn, you might have to beat 'em off with a stick.
northeast susq. is still being proven up, but southwestern is emerging as the dominant player up there, and they dont like to pay much no matter what.
lotta variables and then in case ya havent noticed, natural gas is kinda cheap right now. not that they arent drilling mind ya, but their budgets aint what they were 4 years ago for buying new gas leases.
