Looking for Information on Discovery Oil and Gas

Does anyone know anything about the Discovery Oil and Gas Co. out of PA? I am having trouble finding much information about them.

A relative of mine in Stark Co, OH recently had them come to the door.  The lease they have offers no bonus or upfront payment at all and 1/8 th royalties.  (it's 1/2 page long!)  And, most of the neighbors are signing it!  This is in an allotment of homes with 1/2 to 1 acres.  The lease is non-surface, and the unit size is 60 acres, I think.  They said they wanted to put in a "slant well"  at the farm down the road. 

My relative feels like she needs to sign to be neighborly, but I think she is getting ripped off.

Hard to belive anyone would go for something like that, I am in a hgs development 1 acr+ lots, I got 5800+ 20% royality, I have a sink hole in florida thes people might be interested in.

. Just wait until they are going to drill than perhaps I'd be neighborly. 1/8 and no bonus is more like charity.

Be very sure for that pittance there are no surface or pipeline rights whatsoever.

Make them at least reimburse her for a very good oil and gas lawyer.

My addendums would be longer than that 1/2 page.

I'd use the lease as a fireplace starter myself.
